It wants to successfully launch its business internationally and needs to choose and research 3 countries—that is, 1 in the Middle East, 1 in Asia, and 1 in Latin America—so that it can sell its new product in these markets.
Answer the following questions:
- What are some of the differences between the cultures of the countries that you need to understand from a business standpoint?
- How would you facilitate collaboration between these cultures?
