Marketing Strategy for Retail Chains Paper
After my lecture and slides on Retail Strategy Research ONE of the following retail concepts – Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, Digg Inn, Mirror App, Dollar Shave Club, Yeti (warning: focus of their retailing not wholesaling), Bonobos, Warby Parker, Outdoor Voices, Trunk Club, or Birch Box (You may also pick your own) Specifically comment on the effectiveness of their strategies in the following areas:
1.Target Market and Retail Format
2. Sustainable Competitive Advantage
3 .Customer Loyalty
4. Brand Image
5. Positioning
6. Unique Merchandise
7. Customer Service
8. These are all relatively new concepts. Has the one that you chose been successful? Provide specifics from research that support your answer and your definition of success. Also, explain why they have succeeded, or why not.
All of your eight answers above should relate to just the one company that you chose from the list provided or you may choose one of your own. I do not want your personal eating and shopping opinions. I want objective analysis based on what you learn thru research. One page。 Requires a significant amount of research. Curate and edit all that you learned, so that you are presenting the key and the important nuggets that you found that support your point of view. You should be packing a lot of learning into a small amount of space. You may utilize bullets.
